Tend Pets is provided as a pet care record and reminder tool. Users are responsible for entering accurate care information and following instructions from their veterinarian.
Tend Pets does not provide diagnosis, dosage recommendations, treatment recommendations, emergency triage, or veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
Notifications and reminders can fail because of device settings, operating system behavior, battery state, or user configuration. Users should not rely on the app as the only safeguard for critical care.
Tend Pets Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple per the App Store policy. Tend Pets cannot process refunds directly.
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use of the app after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
